Job Title: Medical Virtual Receptionist (Appointment Setter)

Work days: Friday to Sunday
Salary: $5 - $6 per hour, depending on experience

We are seeking a highly responsive and detail-oriented Medical Virtual Receptionist (Appointment Setter) to support our clients growing practice. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, sales aptitude, and experience handling patient interactions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Appointment scheduling and confirmation
Sending reminders and follow-ups to patients
Responding to patient inquiries via email and CRM
Managing incoming leads through Go High Level (GHL)
Booking appointments quickly to prevent lead drop-off
Following up with leads during off-hours to improve conversion
Handling objections and guiding patients toward booking
Maintaining clear and professional communication at all times

Requirements
Required Skills and Experience
Excellent English communication skills (clear voice, no heavy accent)
Proven experience in appointment setting, sales, or customer service
Strong rapport-building and persuasion skills
Ability to respond quickly and manage time-sensitive inquiries
Experience handling patient inquiries and objections
Familiarity with Go High Level (GHL) or similar CRM tools (preferred)
Basic medical knowledge or experience in a healthcare setting
Reliable internet connection and strong work ethic
Availability for weekends and off-hours work
Basic Requirements
Must be proficient in speaking and writing English very clearly
Must have relevant work experience
Be able to submit an NBI clearance and/or Local Police Clearance background check before onboarding [mandatory]
Must be available for video meetings with your camera on (when needed)
