Job Description: You’ll play a vital role in supporting patient care through administrative excellence and meaningful patient engagement. This remote position combines the precision of medical record management with the personal touch of patient outreach, ensuring every patient stays connected to their treatment plan. You’ll work directly with a dedicated healthcare team while enjoying the flexibility of remote work and the opportunity to make a real difference in healthcare delivery


Job Highlights

Hourly Rate: The equivalent of $5.00 USD per hour in the applicant’s local currency

Schedule: 20h per week - Monday-Friday 8am-12pm CST

Work Arrangement: Work from home

Contract: Independent Contractor


Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.


Responsibilities

  • Perform daily charting for injection treatments, accurately recording patient names, injection types, and dosages
  • Transfer handwritten treatment notes into the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system with precision
  • Conduct proactive patient outreach via CRM to remind patients about upcoming lab work and appointments
  • Manage patient check-ins and follow-up communications to ensure treatment continuity
  • Handle text-based patient communications through Go High Level platform
  • Navigate the franchise-specific Lobby CRM system for comprehensive patient management
  • Support general administrative tasks that keep clinic operations running smoothly
  • Maintain HIPAA compliance and data security standards in all patient interactions


Requirements

  • Strong communication skills for professional patient interaction via email and phone
  • Experience with CRM systems and Electronic Medical Records (EMR) platforms
  • Excellent attention to detail for accurate medical record keeping
  • Ability to work independently with reliable internet and home office setup
  • Bonus if you have healthcare or clinic administrative experience
  • It helps if you’re familiar with Go High Level platform
  • HIPAA knowledge and healthcare compliance understanding is a plus
