Marketplace Listing Assistant

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Marketplace Listing Assistant to support product listing operations on TikTok Shop, with the opportunity to expand into Whatnot as the account becomes active.

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, tech-comfortable, and capable of creating clean, accurate, and sales-focused product listings.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and upload product listings on TikTok Shop
• Write clear, accurate, and optimized product titles and descriptions
• Upload product images, pricing, and inventory details
• Organize listings into appropriate categories for visibility
• Review and maintain listings to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Identify and correct listing errors or missing information
• Assist with launching and managing listings on Whatnot
• Support creation of simple product videos or promotional content (Whatnot)

Qualifications

• Experience with online marketplace platforms preferred
• Familiarity with TikTok Shop is a strong plus
• Familiarity with Whatnot is a plus
• Strong attention to detail
• Clear written communication skills
• Comfortable learning new systems and tools
• Basic photo or video editing skills are a plus
• Highly organized and reliable
