Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Marketing Support Specialist, where you will drive the execution of multi-channel digital campaigns. This role offers the opportunity to support a growing marketing function through content management, lead generation, and strategic administrative coordination in a fast-paced environment.


Schedule:

  • Full-time remote; working hours aligned or partially overlapping with US business hours.


Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of marketing campaigns across digital channels
  • Assist with content creation (social media posts, newsletters, basic website updates)
  • Manage and schedule content across platforms (LinkedIn, email, etc.)
  • Help maintain and update CRM and marketing databases
  • Conduct basic market and competitor research
  • Support lead generation initiatives and list building
  • Assist in tracking campaign performance and preparing simple reports
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution of marketing tasks
  • Provide general administrative support to the marketing team as needed


Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a marketing support or marketing assistant role
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals (social media, email marketing, content)
  • Experience with tools such as: CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar), email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc.), and social media scheduling tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to work with some overlap in US business hours


Nice to Have

  • Experience in financial services, investment firms, or B2B industries
  • Familiarity with paid ads (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
  • Basic design skills (Canva or similar tools)
  • Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, reporting dashboards)
