Job Overview

Our client is seeking a talented and organized professional to join their team in a Marketing Implementation and Administrative Support role. You will play a key part in executing marketing strategies, managing administrative tasks, and creating compelling visual content to drive the business forward. This is a full-time role serving as the primary marketing support for a small consulting team of three.


Schedule

  • Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM PST, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week)


Responsibilities

  • Translate drafted marketing content from Notion into newsletters, social media posts, and sales pages to maintain brand consistency.
  • Design professional graphics, including funnel pages, sales pages, social media visuals, and newsletter banners.
  • Manage and clean contact lists within Go High Level, including removing bounced emails and maintaining data hygiene.
  • Compile session evaluation responses into formatted reports with charts and professional layouts in Word documents.
  • Support day-to-day marketing execution by scheduling and publishing content across platforms.
  • Assist with light administrative tasks and project coordination as needed.
  • Handle recurring daily tasks in Notion and Go High Level while managing ad hoc admin and reporting requests.
  • Provide occasional translation support and program assistance (for bilingual candidates).


Requirements

  • Demonstrated graphic design skills with experience creating marketing collateral such as landing pages, banners, and social assets.
  • Working knowledge of Go High Level or a similar CRM, including comfort with page builders and basic automations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word), Dropbox, and Notion.
  • Strong English proficiency with excellent written communication skills.
  • High level of initiative, self-direction, and ability to proactively identify gaps and follow up without prompting.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
