Job Overview

Our client is looking for a data-driven Marketing Specialist to oversee revenue-generating marketing initiatives across two growing brands.

Our client is scaling toward a $2.5M annual revenue goal and needs a marketer who understands paid traffic, funnels, email automation, and conversion optimization—not just content creation.

Job Highlights:

• Hourly Rate: USD 6.20, the equivalent in your local currency
• Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Carlsbad, CA time (40 work hours per week)
• Work Arrangement: Work from home
• Contract: Independent Contractor

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Meta and Google ad campaigns
• Build and improve funnels in Go High Level
• Develop email nurture and launch sequences
• Improve webinar conversion and show-up rates
• Track metrics (CPL, CAC, ROAS, conversion rates)
• Provide weekly performance reporting

Requirements

• 3+ years of digital marketing experience
• Strong experience with paid ads (Meta required, Google required)
• Funnel optimization experience
• Email marketing automation expertise
• Data-driven, proactive, self-managed
• Experience with webinars, memberships, or high-ticket offers preferred
