About the Opportunity

We are a growing business with an established internal marketing team responsible for strategy and planning. As the company scales, we are seeking a Marketing Specialist to own content execution and deployment, allowing the internal team to stay focused on high-level messaging and growth initiatives. This is intended to be a long-term role, not a short-term contract.

Role Overview

The Marketing Specialist will focus on content fulfillment and execution, working from clearly defined briefs and frameworks. This role is ideal for a versatile, execution-driven marketer who enjoys bringing ideas to life across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute marketing content based on provided frameworks and briefs

• Create marketing assets using Canva

• Perform light video editing for digital content

• Deploy content across relevant marketing channels

• Support campaign execution and fulfillment

• Assist with PPC ad setup and testing (bonus, not required)

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency with Canva

• Basic video editing skills

• Ability to execute accurately from structured briefs

• Strong written and verbal English communication

• Reliable, self-directed, and detail-oriented

Preferred Skills

• PPC or paid ads experience

• Experience supporting multi-channel campaigns

Experience

• 3–10 years of relevant marketing experience preferred
