Join a global sports franchise network as a Marketing Operations Specialist focused on driving operational excellence and high-performance campaign execution. We are seeking a self-sufficient expert with over 5 years of experience to manage multi-channel initiatives and translate complex data into actionable growth strategies with high autonomy.
Schedule
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Hertfordshire, UK time (with 1 hour unpaid break)
8 hours per day, 40 hours per week
Responsibilities
Marketing Operations & Campaign Execution
Manage and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns across SEO, paid search, social media, and local franchise marketing
Ensure consistent execution of campaigns across multiple franchise locations and markets
Work within existing marketing frameworks—enhancing performance without unnecessary restructuring
Performance Tracking & Analytics
Track, analyze, and report on key marketing KPIs (leads, conversions, CPA, ROI, etc.)
Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for marketing leadership and franchise stakeholders
Maintain accurate and reliable reporting dashboards across platforms
Systems, Tools & Process Management
Work confidently within CRM and marketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, marketing automation tools, analytics platforms)
Ensure data integrity and consistency across reporting and campaign systems
Identify and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency
Agency & Vendor Coordination
Coordinate with external agencies (SEO, paid media, creative, analytics) to ensure alignment with strategy and execution quality
Manage deliverables, timelines, and performance expectations across partners
Franchisee Marketing Support
Provide clear, structured marketing guidance to franchise owners
Support execution of campaigns at local level while maintaining brand consistency
Troubleshoot campaign issues and provide practical, performance-based solutions
Strategic Marketing Support
Support the Marketing Manager in refining and executing marketing strategies
Contribute to scalable systems that improve franchise-wide marketing performance
Requirements
5–6+ years of experience in marketing, with strong focus on marketing operations and performance marketing.
Prior experience in a senior-level marketing role (e.g., Marketing Manager, Marketing Lead, Senior Marketing Specialist).
Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads, SEO fundamentals, and performance tracking, and Marketing analytics and reporting tools.
Proven ability to interpret marketing data and convert it into strategic recommendations.
Experience working with CRM systems and marketing platforms (Zendesk or similar preferred).
Strong background in working with external agencies and managing campaign execution end-to-end.
Excellent communication skills with ability to work across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
