About The Company
Our clinet is a nonprofit organization supporting developers and community-centered housing projects. Our marketing team is growing, and were looking for a highly organized, execution-focused Marketing Operations Assistant to help run day-to-day marketing workflows across channels.
This is a full-time, remote role focused on execution, coordination, and follow-through—not strategy or original content creation.
Role Summary
The Marketing Operations Assistant is responsible for executing marketing tasks once direction is set. This includes drafting emails, publishing content across social platforms, maintaining our websites, collecting analytics, coordinating sponsor and vendor deliverables, and supporting marketing services for companys member clients.
This role works closely with the Marketing Lead, Marketing Assistant, and Design team to ensure marketing runs smoothly and consistently.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Execution & Publishing
- Draft internal and external marketing emails
- Youtube and Facebook expansion
- Publish and schedule content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
- Ensure accuracy of links, tags, formatting, and tone
- Execute against the marketing calendar and deadlines
- Put together pre templated digital and print marketing materials
- Client marketing support (presentations, deliverables, asset collection)
Website Updates & Maintenance
- Make updates to companys public-facing website and internal membership portal
- Post event pages, announcements, and program updates
- Ensure content remains accurate and up to date
Marketing Data & Analytics
- Collect analytics from social platforms, email campaigns, and website traffic
- Compile weekly and monthly reports
Sponsorship & Vendor Coordination
- Support execution of sponsor marketing deliverables by tier
- Coordinate sponsor assets (logos, links, brand guidelines)
- Track fulfillment of sponsor commitments
- Coordinate post-event asset collection (photos, videos, recordings)
- Organize and distribute assets internally
Client Marketing Support
- Coordinate marketing deliverables for companys member clients
- Assist in preparing client presentations and reports
- Track client project timelines and deliverables
- Serve as a point of contact for client asset collection and follow-up

- Squarespace (website management)
- Mailchimp (email marketing)
- Google Analytics
- Canva
- Airtable
- Google Sheets
- Figma (nice to have)
Ideal Candidate
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong written communication skills
- Comfortable executing across multiple platforms
- Able to follow systems, checklists, and deadlines
- Confident working remotely and independently
- Experience with marketing tools and dashboards is a plus
