About the Role:
As a Marketing Manager at PayChoice, you will lead and drive our marketing initiatives, shaping strategies that accelerate growth and enhance our brand presence. You will oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns, develop engaging content, and leverage data-driven insights to optimise marketing efforts. This role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and make a significant impact on our brand visibility and market positioning in the fintech space.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and lead the overall marketing strategy to support the company’s growth objectives and strengthen brand presence in the fintech space.
Plan, execute, and optimise integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital (social media, email, search, digital advertising), events, and other platforms to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.
Oversee the creation of compelling content for blogs, websites, social media, email newsletters, white papers, case studies, videos, and other marketing collateral that resonates with target audiences and reinforces brand messaging.
Manage marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot) to implement lead nurturing workflows, automate campaigns, track performance metrics, and optimise the lead-to-customer conversion process.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to identify trends, needs, and opportunities for differentiation, using data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and customer success teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals and communicate the value of our fintech solutions effectively.
Lead brand development initiatives to strengthen market positioning, increase visibility, and maintain a competitive edge in the fintech and payments industry.
Manage marketing budgets efficiently, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources and oversight of external agencies, vendors, and partners for campaign execution.
Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Stay up-to-date with emerging marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and maintain the company’s position as a leader in fintech solutions.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within fintech, banking, or financial services.
Proven experience managing digital marketing campaigns, brand management, and content strategy.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM, marketing automation platforms).
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Ability to translate complex financial products into clear, engaging marketing messages.
Experience with SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing campaigns.
Creative mindset with attention to detail and a results-oriented approach.
