We’re hiring someone to build a repeatable inbound growth engine.

Brighta Group works with mid-market industrial, manufacturing, wholesale, mining/renewables and construction organisations across Australia & New Zealand.

Now we’re ready to scale.

🎯 The Role

You will own inbound demand generation — driving:

• Qualified MQLs aligned to ICP
• Booked strategy calls for our BDM
• Full-funnel tracking & attribution
• Landing page conversion improvements
• Paid acquisition (Google + Meta)
• LinkedIn-first authority & nurture systems
• Event & webinar-driven pipeline

You’ll work directly with the Fractional CMO, CEO and BDM — and coordinate specialist delivery (paid media, web, creative).

This is a pipeline accountability role, not a brand-only position.

✅ What You’ll Be Accountable For

• MQL volume & quality
• Booked sales meetings
• Cost per MQL / cost per booked call
• Landing page conversion rates
• Marketing-sourced pipeline contribution
• LinkedIn + email nurture performance

If you don’t enjoy being measured commercially, this role won’t suit.

🛠 You’ll Need Strong Capability In

• HubSpot (CRM, workflows, attribution)
• GA4 + Google Tag Manager
• Conversion rate optimisation
• Paid campaign structure & retargeting
• Funnel design (offer → traffic → landing → nurture → meeting)
• Sales alignment & MQL scoring
• 5+ years B2B experience required.
• Agency or multi-service experience highly regarded.
