Job Description
Brand & Business Growth
Deliver net sales targets and year-over-year growth for assigned brands.
Drive marketing profitability by meeting contribution margin goals.
Translate consumer, shopper, and market insights into robust brand strategies and growth roadmaps.
Drive long-term brand equity through focused, insight-led and disciplined decision-making.
Innovation & Go-to-Market Leadership
Lead brand innovation strategy
Oversee end-to-end go-to-market execution-from positioning to commercialization.
Collaborate with R&D to build and validate new product concepts aligned with consumer needs.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Partner closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and R&D to align priorities, forecasts, and investments.
Ensure seamless coordination across teams to deliver successful launches and campaigns.
Team & Capability Building
Build, mentor, and retain a high-performing marketing team with a minimum of 80% A-Player talent density.
Foster a culture of agility, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
Modern & AI-Enabled Marketing
Leverage AI tools, analytics platforms, and modern marketing technologies to improve speed, precision, and campaign effectiveness.
The Successful Applicant
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Masters degree is a plus.
Minimum 7 years of brand or marketing experience, including leadership or managerial experience.
Proven background in brand management, performance marketing, and innovation strategy.
Demonstrated success in launching products and campaigns that drive revenue, penetration, and market share.
Experience managing multi-brand portfolios within the FMCG sector.
Excellent cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Highly agile, strategic, analytical, and execution-driven.
Proficiency in AI-powered marketing tools and modern digital platforms.
