Join a fast - growing global tech team!
We’re hiring a Marketing Manager to build and lead magentIQ’s global field marketing engine - owning how we generate demand, influence pipeline, and support revenue through high - impact programs including executive experiences, events, and sales-aligned marketing initiatives.
This role goes beyond event execution. You’ll sit at the intersection of marketing and sales, designing field programs that generate pipeline.
This is a fully remote role, where you’ll collaborate closely with founders, GTM, Sales, and Content teams across global time zones in a fast - scaling, AI-first tech environment.
Role Summary
As Marketing Manager, you’ll own magentIQ’s field-led demand generation strategy, with events as a core - but not exclusive - channel. Your mandate is to create measurable commercial impact by designing programs that support pipeline creation, account engagement, and executive-level credibility.
You’ll lead the strategy, planning, and execution of field marketing initiatives such as executive roundtables, private dinners, conferences, webinars, partner activations, and targeted regional programs - ensuring each initiative is tightly aligned with GTM priorities and sales objectives.
You are a strategic marketer who uses field programs and experiences to drive demand, support account-based motions, and accelerate revenue outcomes.

- Lead the strategy and execution of executive experiences, including private dinners, roundtables, curated salons, conferences, and webinars.
- Ensure every event has a clear commercial objective, defined audience, and post-event follow-up motion.
- Build repeatable event and field program playbooks that can scale across regions and teams.
- Own end-to-end execution where needed (planning, vendors, budgets), without being solely focused on logistics.
Sales & GTM Alignment
- Collaborate with Sales, RevOps, and GTM teams to align field programs with account-based strategies and pipeline goals.
- Define target audiences, invitation strategies, and sales handoff processes to maximize conversion.
- Support founders and sales leaders with field-ready narratives, agendas, and talking points.

- Use insights from the field to inform messaging, positioning, and future GTM strategy.
Content & Thought Leadership
- Partner with Content teams to turn field activities and events into reusable content, insights, and thought leadership.
