Job Description
- Support business development by preparing and delivering campaign status reports and post-campaign analysis to stakeholders.
- Manage and maintain campaign portfolios, including documentation and uploading of professional campaign assets into internal databases.
- Conduct in-depth campaign performance analysis to generate insights and recommendations for future initiatives.
- Lead shopper insights research by analyzing consumer behavior and purchase patterns to inform marketing strategies.
- Develop retailer insights by evaluating sales trends and shopper data across existing and prospective retail partners.
- Assist in the development of new marketing products and solutions, including defining pricing, packaging, and value propositions.
- Drive the commercialization of new offerings, coordinating with suppliers, prototyping concepts, and supporting execution through launch.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of client and campaign data within internal systems (e.g., EKON) through regular updates and audits.
A Successful Marketing Manager Should Have
- A strong background in marketing, particularly in the Media & Agency industry.
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans.
- Experience managing teams and collaborating across departments.
