🎯 What You'll Be Doing

📱 Digital Marketing

• Keep our social media platforms active, engaging, and up to date
• Support digital marketing campaigns across Facebook and Google
• Help promote community events, services, and occupancy campaigns
• Monitor performance and recommend ways to boost visibility and engagement

🔍 Lead Generation

• Research and identify potential prospects online
• Generate qualified leads through digital campaigns and outbound outreach
• Keep prospect information organized and up to date
• Hand off qualified leads to the onsite admissions team, ready for follow-up

🤝 Outreach & Community Engagement

• Connect with prospective residents, families, referral sources, and community partners
• Create genuine interest and encourage inquiries through professional, warm communication
• Support local marketing efforts that grow brand awareness and occupancy

📊 Reporting & Coordination

• Track leads and marketing activities accurately
• Share regular updates on campaign performance
• Collaborate closely with the onsite team for a seamless lead handoff

✅ What You Bring

Must-Haves

• Proven experience in lead generation and digital marketing
• Hands-on experience managing or supporting Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
• Experience maintaining business social media platforms (Facebook, etc.)
• Strong ability to research, identify, and qualify leads from multiple sources
• Solid understanding of lead generation funnels and customer acquisition strategies
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
• Self-motivated with strong multitasking and prioritization skills

Nice-to-Haves ⭐

• Experience in senior living, healthcare, home care, or a related industry
• Familiarity with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, or similar advertising platforms
• Background supporting occupancy or customer acquisition campaigns
