Marketing Coordinator

We are looking for a highly creative Marketing Coordinator to support and elevate the brand presence of our portfolio companies. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership, and delivers high-quality work across multiple initiatives.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Design compelling graphics and creative assets for LinkedIn, social media pages, and digital campaigns.
• Develop high-quality sales and marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, etc.
• Conduct market research on industry trends, competitors, and positioning to support strategic decisions.
• Assist in branding initiatives to refine and strengthen the company’s voice, visual identity, and communication strategy.
• Coordinate with external vendors and freelancers, including designers, web developers, etc, to execute projects efficiently.
• Track and measure marketing performance and results.
• Bring fresh ideas, creative concepts, and innovative strategies, to continuously push the brand forward.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience working within a professional services firm.
• Experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition firm (strong asset).
• Strong design capabilities with proficiency in Canva, Figma, and other design tools.
• Experience with Webflow, including design and content updates, changes, and fixes (strong asset).
• Strong writing skills and fluency in English.
• Highly creative with a strong eye for design and branding.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, with great research and execution skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand environment with tight deadlines.
