Objectives of this role:
Support the marketing department in coordinating, organizing, and executing projects.
Assist in developing and implementing content and email marketing campaigns that align with the company’s brand identity.
Provide design and administrative support to ensure the marketing team runs efficiently and deadlines are consistently met.
Maintain organized marketing files, including price lists, product images, templates, and media libraries.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan, develop, and execute content marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
Build and schedule email campaigns using Klaviyo, ensuring brand consistency and seamless integration with Shopify.
Create and edit marketing materials, including graphics, visuals, and digital assets using Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).
Support videography and photography editing, including adding logos, overlays, and other brand elements to enhance visual storytelling.
Assist with maintaining consistent social media content across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest.
Organize marketing materials, track campaign performance, and update marketing documents as needed.
Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure clear communication and timely project execution.
Maintain marketing spreadsheets and databases in Excel or similar tools for tracking and organization.
Required skills and qualifications:
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Strong understanding of digital marketing and design principles.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Experience with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo preferred).
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative, team-oriented attitude.
Reliable, responsive, and able to work independently while maintaining clear communication with the team.
Preferred skills and qualifications
Familiarity with Shopify, HubSpot, Salesforce, and Asana (or similar project management tools).
Experience in video editing, including adding text overlays, logos, and QR codes.
Understanding of product-focused design (highlighting product features and visuals).
Knowledge of content marketing best practices and social media trends.
Experience with photography or lifestyle content creation is a plus.
