As the Marketing Automation Specialist, you’ll turn scattered leads into structured, profitable customer relationships. Your expertise in lead management and marketing systems will directly influence revenue and overall customer experience. You will work closely with a detail-oriented business owner who values strong processes and will provide you with the autonomy to create and optimize marketing solutions.


Job Highlights

  • Hourly Rate: USD 7.80, the equivalent in your local currency
  • Paid Hours per Week: 20 Hours
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 4 hours per day (flexible during business hours) | Client Time Zone: Langwarrin, VIC
  • Work Arrangement: Work from home
  • Contract: Independent Contractor
  • Side note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.



Responsibilities

  • Set up and optimize MailChimp for lead organization and email marketing campaigns
  • Design and implement lead funnel systems to capture inquiries from social media and website sources
  • Establish automated SMS responses for fast customer follow-up
  • Manage and respond to leads from Facebook and other social channels
  • Create social media scheduling systems and assist with content management
  • Conduct market research and social media outreach for lead generation
  • Support customer engagement and follow-up communication across multiple channels
  • Streamline marketing automation processes to reduce manual tasks
  • Potential to grow into content creation and advanced social media strategy


Requirements

  • Proven experience with MailChimp setup, configuration, and email marketing automation
  • Strong understanding of lead generation, funneling strategies, and CRM organization
  • Experience using social media management and scheduling tools
  • Familiarity with SMS marketing automation and customer communication systems
  • Ability to manage leads across multiple channels and build organized workflows
  • Experience with social media engagement and customer service messaging
  • Bonus: Experience with travel industry marketing or seasonal business models
  • Helpful: Comfort working during Australian business hours and peak travel seasons
