Marketing Assistant With Meta Paid Ads

Overview

Support the digital growth of 11 supermarket locations and a personal training studio by blending creative content with strategic paid advertising. You will be responsible for managing social media presence, designing engaging visuals, and optimizing Meta ad campaigns to drive conversions.

Schedule:

• Part Time - 20h per week - flexible but must communicate within Australian business hours

Responsibilities

• Create and manage content across multiple social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram) for 11 IGA supermarket locations and one personal training studio using scheduling platforms
• Develop and execute paid advertising campaigns on Meta platforms, including audience targeting, budget optimization, and performance monitoring
• Design graphics and produce video content including reels for promotional campaigns (Mothers Day promotions, in-store tastings, product launches)
• Build and manage lead nurture sequences using email automation platforms to convert campaign leads into customers
• Update website catalogs and landing pages weekly with current product offerings and promotional information
• Analyze campaign performance and provide regular reporting on engagement, conversions, and ROI

Requirements

• Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager (Facebook and Instagram advertising platform)
• Strong graphic design and video editing skills for social media content creation (APPLICATIONS WITH PORTFOLIOS WILL BE PRIORITIZED)
• Experience with email automation and nurture sequence development
• Knowledge of basic landing page creation and website content management
• Excellent organizational and project management skills to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
• Strong written and visual communication skills to maintain brand consistency
