Job Description

You will play a key role in supporting the final stages of the practice’s digital rollout, with an initial focus on practical implementation tasks to prepare systems and marketing foundations for launch.

For the first 4–6 weeks, the role will concentrate primarily on hands-on execution — supporting website updates, ensuring brand consistency, setting up social channels, and helping bring current projects to completion. Once the website is live and core systems are stabilised, the role may expand into broader marketing support.

This position is ideal for someone with strong Squarespace and Canva experience who is organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently within a professional services environment.


Job Highlights

Hourly Rate: The equivalent of $9.00 USD per hour in the applicant’s local currency

Schedule: 20 hours per week

Work Arrangement: Work from home

Contract: Independent Contractor


Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.


Responsibilities

Website Implementation & Launch Support (Initial Focus)

  • Support final Squarespace updates and assist with preparing the website for launch
  • Replace imagery and ensure layout, formatting, and visual consistency across pages
  • Assist with testing and quality checks to ensure a polished user experience
  • Provide organised support to bring current website and marketing tasks to completion


Brand & Design Support

  • Create branded materials in Canva including invoices, simple marketing collateral, and templates
  • Ensure visual consistency across all materials in line with brand standards
  • Support preparation of print-ready or digital materials as needed


Social Media Setup & Initial Content

  • Set up and align social media profiles across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
  • Prepare and schedule a small amount of initial content to establish presence
  • Ensure profiles reflect brand positioning and professional tone


Administrative Marketing Support

  • Assist with organising files, assets, and content libraries
  • Provide structured support across ongoing projects and priorities
  • Help maintain clarity and organisation during the launch phase


Requirements

  • Proven hands-on experience with Squarespace website updates and configuration
  • Strong proficiency in Canva for creating professional materials
  • Experience working independently and delivering implementation tasks with minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail, especially around formatting and brand consistency
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines in a professional environment
  • Comfort working within a high-standard professional services setting
