You’ll be the creative marketing force behind multiple growing businesses, transforming raw video content into compelling social media campaigns that drive real results. Job Highlights:

• Hourly Rate: USD 6.35, the equivalent in your local currency

Side note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.

Responsibilities:

• Create and edit video content for social media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Redbook
• Transform multiple video files into cohesive, engaging content pieces using creative editing techniques
• Develop and execute proactive social media marketing strategies for supplement, legal, and surrogacy industries
• Design advertisements with artistic flair and strong visual appeal
• Research market trends and provide strategic content suggestions and campaign ideas
• Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize campaign effectiveness
• Manage content scheduling and posting across multiple social media platforms
• Collaborate on marketing planning and strategic initiatives with direct business owner input
• Provide creative direction and innovative ideas for marketing campaigns and brand positioning

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of relevant marketing and social media management experience
• Strong artistic ability and creative design skills with a proven portfolio
• Proficiency in video editing software, particularly CapCut
• Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, Canva, and AI tools like ChatGPT
• Proven track record in managing Facebook ads and social media advertising campaigns
• Ability to work independently while providing strategic recommendations and market insights
• Bonus if you have experience creating content for multiple industries or business verticals
• It helps if you have experience with cross-platform content adaptation and optimization
