You’ll support high-impact coaching sessions that directly influence real estate professionals’ success.


Job Overview

You’ll be the operational backbone ensuring seamless delivery of real estate coaching programs. This role puts you at the center of a thriving coaching business where your organizational skills and attention to detail directly impact client success. You’ll manage the technical and administrative aspects that keep coaching sessions running smoothly, working with a supportive three-person team that values long-term partnerships and professional growth.


Job Highlights

  • Paid Hours per Week: 20
  • Schedule: Mondays to Fridays, 8 AM - 12 PM | Australian Eastern Time
  • Work Arrangement: Work from home
  • Contract: Independent Contractor

Side note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.


Responsibilities

  • Record and distribute approximately 7 weekly coaching sessions (1 hour each) via Zoom
  • Send session recordings to participants promptly after each session
  • Create and manage calendar invites through Google Calendar for coaching sessions
  • Distribute newsletters using existing content provided by the coaching team
  • Assist with Facebook page management and social media posting (no content creation)
  • Coordinate with team members to efficiently handle flexible administrative tasks
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth business operations


Requirements

  • Proficiency with Zoom recording functionality and file management
  • Experience with Google Calendar for scheduling and invitation management
  • Strong email communication and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, particularly Facebook
  • Reliable computer setup and high-speed internet connection
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Bonus if you have previous virtual assistant experience
  • It helps if you’re comfortable with MailChimp or similar newsletter platforms
