Contract: Independent Contractor

Schedule: 20 hours/week, Monday-Friday, 11 AM - 3 PM Pacific Standard Time



Position Summary

Looking for a detail-oriented account coordinator to manage day-to-day client workflows and keep projects moving efficiently. Youll be the organizational backbone that ensures content gets planned, delegated, reviewed, and published on schedule across multiple high-end plastic surgery practice accounts.



Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and track monthly deliverables for each client
  • Delegate content assignments to writers and manage the editorial calendar
  • Coordinate design work with designers (email campaigns, graphics, etc.) including briefing and deadline tracking
  • Review content drafts for completeness before client submission
  • Coordinate the approval process between writers, clients, and final publication
  • Upload approved content to various CMS platforms (Storyblok, WordPress, etc.)
  • Edit and optimize before/after photos for web publication
  • Upload images and media to client websites
  • Respond to and manage PR partnership opportunities
  • Track all project deadlines and proactively flag bottlenecks or missed deliverables
  • Serve as accountability partner for task completion and follow-through


Required Tools/Platforms

  • Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets)
  • Asana (project management)
  • Slack (team communication)
  • Canva (basic design review/edits)
  • Dropbox (file management)
  • AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT for workflow support)
  • Email marketing platforms (Mailchimp or similar)


Must-Haves

  • Strong written English skills for content review
  • Extremely organized with ability to juggle multiple client accounts simultaneously
  • Comfortable learning CMS platforms and basic image editing
  • Proactive communicator who can keep projects moving without constant oversight
  • Attention to detail (youll catch errors before they reach clients)
  • Junior to mid-level experience in marketing coordination, project management, or client services
  • Comfortable working with medical photography that may include patient nudity in a clinical context (before/after photos for plastic surgery procedures)

Please note that since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection.
