Job Title: Logistics, Sales, and Order Support (w/ NetSuite Experience)

Location: Fully Remote, Philippines

Salary: $4.00 - $6.00 per hour based on experience

Job Description

This role oversees end-to-end supply chain, logistics, inventory, and sales operations across retail, e-commerce, and marketplace channels. The position partners cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Warehousing to ensure efficient fulfillment, accurate inventory, compliant retail execution, and strong sales reporting and promotional support as the business scales.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in NetSuite (ERP).
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel/spreadsheets and data analysis.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
  • Experience or strong knowledge of e-commerce, retail, and marketplace operations.
  • Familiarity with retailer portals (e.g., Amazon Seller/Vendor Central, Walmart Retail Link, Wayfair, Target, CommerceHub) is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written communication, follow-up, and cross-functional coordination skills.
  • Experience in logistics, supply chain, sales operations, or consumer products is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Supply Chain, Logistics & Fulfillment Operations
    • Develop and manage end-to-end logistics and fulfillment strategies supporting retail, e-commerce, and marketplace growth.
    • Oversee domestic and international freight operations, ensuring timely, cost-effective delivery.
    • Manage warehouse and fulfillment operations including receiving, inventory management, picking, packing, and shipping.
    • Ensure outbound orders meet retailer routing, packaging, labeling, and compliance standards.
    • Process and manage weekly order fulfillment across all retail and marketplace platforms.
    • Monitor and resolve late orders, missing orders, carrier issues, and delivery discrepancies across partner portals.
    • Manage Amazon international order fulfillment, including customs documentation, labeling, tracking, and issue resolution
  • Inventory Management & Forecasting
    • Own inventory accuracy across all warehouses and systems.
    • Perform inventory adjustments, reconciliations, cycle counts, and audits.
    • Partner with Sales & Operations on demand planning, replenishment, and inventory flow optimization.
    • Monitor stock levels to prevent stockouts, overstock, and aged inventory.
    • Support inventory planning related to promotions and major retail events.
  • Retail, Marketplace & Compliance Management
    • Ensure compliance with retailer-specific requirements (Amazon, Walmart, Target, Wayfair, Kohl’s, CommerceHub, etc.).
    • Oversee preparation and accuracy of ASNs, BOLs, invoices, customs documents, and shipping paperwork.
    • Monitor, investigate, and reduce retailer chargebacks, non-compliance fees, and operational deductions.
    • Resolve EDI, portal, and invoicing issues to ensure accurate order acknowledgment and reconciliation.
  • Sales Operations, Promotions & Reporting
    • Support planning, coordination, and execution of promotions across all sales channels.
    • Manage promotional setup, pricing coordination, calendars, tracking, and performance reporting.
    • Prepare and maintain regular sales, inventory, and KPI reports (daily, weekly, monthly).
    • Pull and analyze data from NetSuite, retailer portals, and spreadsheets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
    • Track KPIs including sales, units, inventory levels, in-stock rates, fulfillment performance, and promo ROI.
  • Carrier, Vendor & Partner Management
    • Manage relationships with freight forwarders, carriers, 3PLs, and logistics partners.
    • Negotiate rates, contracts, and SLAs to improve service levels and reduce costs.
    • Evaluate and onboard new logistics and fulfillment partners as needed.
    • Resolve carrier disputes, chargebacks, and service failures.
  • Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement
    • Develop, document, and maintain SOPs across logistics, fulfillment, inventory, and sales operations.
    • Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements and automation.
    • Leverage systems and tools (ERP, WMS, barcode scanning, retailer portals) to improve accuracy and efficiency.
    • Analyze performance metrics and lead cost-reduction and efficiency initiatives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership
    • Partner closely with Sales, Operations, Finance, Marketing, Product Development, and Warehousing teams.
    • Support executive-level reporting, presentations, and strategic recommendations.
    • Coordinate timelines for promotions, product launches, inbound shipments, and major retail events.
    • Provide clear communication and escalation on risks, delays, and operational issues.

Successful candidates for this role will be rewarded with the following benefits:

  • A total of five paid vacation days per year (additional days can be taken unpaid).
  • A 5% raise per year guaranteed (additional raises or bonuses may be given for outstanding performance).
  • A paid 15-minute break for every 4 hours of work.
  • Healthcare benefits after 2 months of full-time work.
  • Vacation days increase by 1 vacation day per year. I.e. after one year of employment, the total paid vacation days on year 2 would be six, on year 3 seven, etc.
