  • Communicate with warehouse staff to coordinate logistics and inventory management.
  • Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and condition as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards during logistical operations.
  • Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to logistics processes.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance logistics efficiency.
  • Assist in tracking inventory levels and replenishing stock as necessary.
  • Conduct regular analysis of transportation costs and freight rates.
  • Support the logistics manager in daily administrative logistics tasks.
  • Facilitate communication between logistics teams and other departments effectively.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in logistics is advantageous.
  • Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or related field is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities essential for logistics efficiency.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for dealing with various stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics software tools preferred.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight logistics deadlines consistently.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in logistics documentation.
