Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM PHT

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Loan Processor, you’ll be responsible for ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for our clients customers and lenders by verifying documents, ensuring compliance, and timely submitting loan applications. You’ll also be reporting directly to an Australia-based manager, giving you the chance to collaborate closely with the international team.

Your core responsibilities will include:

• Processing Applications: Accurately inputting client information into the companys system and preparing the application pack to be sent to clients before submitting the loan application to the lender.
• Ensuring Compliance: Verifying supporting documents received from clients against a checklist to accurately reflect the clients current financial position.
• Lender Liaison: Making follow-up calls to lenders regarding application status and post-settlement checks.
• Application Management: Completing various forms (discharge, variation, application) , resolving Missing Information Requests , and completing online amendments.
• Valuations and Pricing: Arranging property valuations and pricing discounts.

What You’ll Bring

• Background in Australian home loan and mortgage processing
• Experience working in the home loans department of a bank or with a mortgage broker.
• Basic to Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Possess a good level of verbal and written communication skills.
