Job Description

You’ll be the face of live streaming sales for an innovative collectibles company, combining your passion for live streaming with sales expertise to showcase authentic blind box products to customers worldwide. This role offers the perfect blend of entertainment and sales, where you’ll create engaging content while building relationships with collectors and enthusiasts across multiple markets. As their first live streaming sales specialist, you’ll have significant autonomy to develop strategies and grow with the company.

Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging live streaming sales sessions to showcase and sell blind box collectibles
• Create compelling content for live streaming platforms that drives product sales and customer engagement
• Perform real-time sales activities during live streams, including product demonstrations and customer interactions
• Educate customers about product authenticity and quality differentiators during live sessions
• Adapt sales approach and communication style for different international markets and customer segments
• Build and maintain relationships with customers through interactive live streaming experiences
• Collaborate with the team to develop new live streaming strategies and content formats
• Track and report on sales performance and customer engagement metrics from live sessions

Requirements

• Strong live streaming experience, particularly in sales or product demonstration environments
• Excellent communication skills in English with ability to engage audiences during live sessions
• Proven sales experience and natural ability to connect with customers in real-time
• Comfortable being on camera and presenting to live audiences with confidence and energy
• Bilingual capabilities in Southeast Asian languages (Cantonese, Chinese, Thai, Vietnamese, Tagalog) highly preferred
• Bonus if you have experience with collectibles, blind boxes, or similar product categories
• It helps if you understand different cultural preferences and buying behaviors across international markets
• Flexible schedule availability to accommodate peak sales times across different time zones
