LinkedIn Technical Content Manager - Cloud Technology

You’ll own the LinkedIn content strategy for a forward-thinking cloud consulting firm, transforming technical expertise into engaging content that builds brand authority and generates qualified leads. This role offers the unique opportunity to shape a company’s voice in the cloud technology space while working directly with technical founders who understand both the business and the technology. You’ll have creative freedom to develop content that showcases cutting-edge AWS solutions while building a foundation for future expansion into multimedia content formats.

Job Highlights

Hourly Rate: The equivalent of $7.30 USD per hour in the applicant’s local currency

Schedule: Part-time (4 hours per day) flexible schedule.

Work Arrangement: Work from home

Contract: Independent Contractor

Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.

Responsibilities

• Create and publish 2 high-quality LinkedIn posts daily (80+ posts monthly) focused on cloud technologies and AWS solutions
• Polish and refine technical content drafts into engaging, professional posts that resonate with technical audiences
• Design compelling graphics and visual elements that make complex technical concepts accessible and shareable
• Manage LinkedIn posting calendar and optimize content scheduling for maximum engagement
• Curate relevant industry content and trending topics in AWS, cloud computing, and SaaS solutions
• Participate in 3-week preparation period to build content pipeline with 30+ posts ready before launch
• Maintain consistent brand voice while ensuring technical accuracy across all content
• Track content performance and engagement metrics to optimize future posts
• Collaborate directly with technical leadership to understand complex cloud solutions for content creation
• Posting times - post should be scheduled before
• Post 1 - 8am AEDT/AEST or 1pm PST
• Post 2 - 4pm AEDT/AEST or 9pm PST
• But these can be pre scheduled - suitable to match both time zones, 5am to 6pm AEST/AEDT or PST suitable time - 10am -11pm PST

Requirements

• Strong understanding of cloud technologies, particularly AWS services, terminology, and industry trends
• Proven experience managing LinkedIn content strategy with demonstrated growth results
• Graphic design skills with proficiency in design tools for creating professional visual content
• Excellent written communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences
• Experience with content scheduling and social media management tools
• Self-motivated with strong project management skills to meet daily posting deadlines
• Bonus if you have experience in B2B technology marketing or cloud industry background
• It helps if you’re familiar with content curation tools and LinkedIn analytics
