LinkedIn Marketing Specialist

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced LinkedIn Marketing Specialist to lead and grow the company’s LinkedIn presence. This role is responsible for developing and executing a high-impact content strategy that positions the company and its leadership as industry experts.

Schedule

Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (UK Time) (20 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

-Manage and publish content on the company’s official LinkedIn page (minimum of three posts per week)

-Create and publish thought-leadership content that positions the company and its leadership as subject-matter experts.

-Develop and execute a content strategy using proven frameworks and high-performing LinkedIn approaches

-Handle end-to-end LinkedIn marketing, including strategy, content creation, scheduling, and publishing

-Monitor, review, and analyze post performance to optimize engagement, reach, and audience growth

-Prepare regular analytics and performance reports

-Continuously test and optimize content formats, messaging, and posting strategies

-Support and manage content for other company social media platforms as needed

Requirements

-Proven experience in LinkedIn marketing and social media content creation

-Strong understanding of content frameworks and best practices for professional and B2B audiences

-Excellent writing and content creation skills

-Experience with social media analytics and performance optimization

-Ability to work independently and manage content calendars effectively

-Strong understanding of professional networking, brand positioning, and thought leadership

Side Note

This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
