Role Overview
We are searching for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to lead the strategy and execution of Email and SMS. Reporting initially to the Sr. Director of Growth and Ecomm, but working closely with E-commerce, Growth, Customer Support, and Brand Marketing teams. This person will have the opportunity to generate and bring their ideas to life to ultimately drive growth and improve channel performance. You will own Email and SMS retention strategy across both brands, driving brand performance and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Execute all Email (Klaviyo) & SMS (Attentive) brief, builds, QA, segmentation, deployments aligning with market specific data privacy and regulations.
Partner cross-functionally to align lifecycle marketing with brand strategy.
Run continuous A/B tests (creative, offers, timing, segmentation, LPs) and drive actionable insights
Build and optimize audience segments to improve targeting and performance
Monitor program health (deliverability, engagement, list growth) and optimize sign-up flows
Set KPIs and reporting, making sure channel targets are met/exceeded
Act as lifecycle SME, identifying new opportunities and best practices
Required Qualifications & Skills
2-4+ years hands-on Email/SMS experience (DTC or agency)
Strong Klaviyo + Attentive expertise
Proven in lifecycle campaigns, segmentation, testing, and performance analysis
Highly organized, able to manage multiple brands/priorities
