Job Type: Full-Time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific Time, with a 1-hour break

Salary: $1000 per month

Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and verify medical bills with healthcare providers
• Negotiate medical liens and outstanding medical balances
• Communicate regularly with clients regarding lien status and resolutions
• Finalize lien amounts prior to case settlement
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely follow-through on all lien-related matters
• Use Excel and internal tracking tools to manage lien data and documentation

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of personal injury experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Excel
• Strong interpersonal and client-facing skills

Note: An NBI or police clearance will be required upon acceptance of the job offer.
