Join our team as the Operations Assistant. Were on the lookout for a detail-oriented professional to take charge of various responsibilities involving payroll, HMO management, billing, and more. If you have a knack for handling these tasks with precision and ensuring everything runs like clockwork, we want to hear from you!



Job Description:

  • Responsible for all inbound tickets involving payroll/HMO/billing management
  • Timekeeping management
  • HMO management
  • Pre-process payroll up to final approval by the support supervisor
  • Manage monthly client billing
  • Communicate with clients regarding VA pay raise
  • Monitor Direct Hire Spreadsheet
  • Give updates to the support supervisor regarding billing audit, payroll, and raise statuses
  • Address any issues with role responsibilities and suggest improvement plans

Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM CST (11 PM - 8 AM Philippine Time)




Requirements

  • Proven work experience in operations management in a corporate or remote work setting
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Experience in client communication,
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Absolute team player
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to work under high-pressure
  • Collaborative mindset to provide regular updates to the Support Supervisor and work collectively towards improvement plans
