Level's Marketing Specialist

We are in need of an experienced Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for showcasing our company’s brand both internally and externally, developing marketing and social media strategies for continued growth, and supporting our recruiting efforts. We need someone who's experienced in creative content creation and tracking marketing analytics.

The right fit for this position will come with ideas and strategies to ensure we’re living and showcasing our mission. We’re looking for someone who is not afraid to speak up, try new things, and work independently, in due time of course. We don’t try to pretend to be a fancy, rigid corporate company, and the right person will need to convey a ‘casual professional’ tone, being authentic to who we are.

Responsibilities:

• Promote our company mission and values
  
• Create marketing and social media campaigns and strategies
  
• Grow and expand company social media presence
  
• Manage and grow multiple Facebook pages and groups
  
• Monitor, analyze, and promote Facebook group engagement activity within the company
  
• Create effective newsletters
  
• Manage the creation of written, graphic, video and illustrative materials
  
• Track analytics and translate them into actionable items
  
• Work collaboratively with all departments
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a marketing specialist, generalist, or a similar role
  
• Experience in Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Tiktok
  
• Indepth knowledge in influencer marketing and trending strategies
  
• Graphics, photo, and video editing experience
  
• Creative content creation experience
  
• Creative email marketing experience (newsletters and email customization)
  
• Strong communication and presentation skills
  

Schedule: M-F, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm ET (M-F, 9:00 pm - 6:00 am MNL)
