Responsibilities

  • Create, file, and distribute required legal documents for every case
  • Communicate professionally with clients regarding court dates and legal obligations
  • Manage calendaring and scheduling functions across multiple cases
  • Provide comprehensive client management and administrative support
  • Maintain organized case files and documentation systems
  • Support general practice operations and workflow management


Requirements

  • Legal assistant background with solid understanding of legal processes and terminology
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with professional client-facing demeanor
  • Proven ability to provide real-time responses and maintain consistent availability during work hours
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in document handling and case management
  • Proactive approach to identifying potential issues and taking initiative
  • Experience with client communication and legal administrative tasks
  • Reliable internet connection and professional home office setup
