Job Description

Oversee the administration and maintenance of the learning management system (LMS).
Implement e-learning best practices to optimize training programs.
Collaborate with the Human Resources department to ensure alignment with adult learning principles.
Analyze LMS data to generate reports and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Support the creation and deployment of online learning materials and courses.
Troubleshoot technical issues related to the LMS and liaise with technical support when necessary.
Train staff and users on the effective use of the LMS platform.
Stay updated on advancements in e-learning technologies and recommend enhancements.

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Learning Systems Coordinator Should Have

Proven expertise in LMS administration and management.
Knowledge of adult learning principles and e-learning best practices.
Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Ability to analyze data and create actionable insights for training improvements.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
