Job Role Summary/Overview

The client is seeking a highly analytical Lead Sales Researcher to own the back end of our sales engine. This is not an outreach, cold calling, or SDR role. Your mission is to uncover high-quality, hard-to-find leads and turn raw information into sales-ready intelligence.


You’ll work behind the scenes, using advanced online research techniques to identify decision-makers and companies in the European manufacturing and food production sectors—often finding opportunities competitors completely miss.

Job Highlights

  • Paid Hours per Week: 40 hours
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm Amsterdam time, with one hour of unpaid break
  • Work Arrangement: Work from home
  • Contract: Independent Contractor

Side note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct advanced online lead sourcing using OSINT-style research methods
  • Identify high-potential companies and decision-makers within European manufacturing and food production markets.
  • Qualify leads based on ICP fit, buying signals, and relevance to sales needs.
  • Enrich and validate lead data to ensure it is accurate, complete, and actionable.
  • Maintain high-integrity CRM records in HubSpot and strictly enforce a no-duplicate policy.
  • Continuously improve lead quality by understanding what SDRs need to convert conversations into opportunities.
  • Bridge the gap between raw data and sales execution by delivering truly sales-ready leads


Requirements

  • Strong experience in online research, lead sourcing, or market intelligence
  • Ability to think like a detective: curious, resourceful, and methodical
  • Deep appreciation for data quality, structure, and accuracy
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and disciplined data management practices
  • Understanding of what makes a lead actually useful for SDRs and sales teams
  • Bonus: Exposure to European B2B markets, manufacturing, or food production industries
