Job Description

We’re seeking a results-driven Lead Quality Specialist to lead high-value client engagements, manage strategic accounts, and drive sustainable revenue growth. This fully remote position combines business development, relationship management, and consultative sales—ideal for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed monthly and quarterly revenue goals.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, property owners, HOA boards, and property management firms.
  • Lead presentations, demos, and consultations to educate prospects on our compliance and inspection solutions.
  • Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualifying leads to negotiating contracts and closing deals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing and Operations to enhance lead quality, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
  • Mentor and support junior sales representatives, sharing best practices and helping to build a high-performance sales culture.
  • Utilize CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to manage pipeline activity, forecast sales, and deliver accurate reporting.
  • Stay informed on industry regulations (e.g., SB-721, SB-326, and related compliance laws) to effectively position our services as essential and value-driven.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in construction, engineering, or property management sectors.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple high-value accounts simultaneously.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable working with CRM systems, Google Workspace, and digital lead platforms.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
