Lead Generation Specialist

Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented remote research team to support our business development efforts. The role involves researching U.S. business owners using publicly available data and compiling accurate contact and background information to assist our internal sales team with outbound outreach.

This is a research-only role. No calling, emailing, or direct outreach to prospects is required.

Schedule

• Sunday to Thursday, 7:00AM - 4:00PM MST (40hours/week, 8hours/day with an hour unpaid break)

Key Responsibilities

• Research U.S.-based businesses and their owners using public records and open-source information
• Identify and verify:
• Business owner names
• Business addresses
• Phone numbers (business or owner where publicly listed)
• Enter research data into spreadsheets
• Flag incomplete, conflicting, or questionable information for review
• Follow written research instructions precisely and consistently

Requirements

• Strong online research skills
• High attention to detail and data accuracy
• Ability to follow step‑by‑step written instructions
• Comfortable working with Excel
• Ability to meet daily or weekly research volume targets

Nice to Have

Prior experience with:

• Lead generation research
• U.S. real estate or business records
• Public records or legal data
• English reading comprehension at a professional level
