Lead Generation Specialist

Overview

Drive business growth for a California-based pest control company by executing strategic cold email campaigns. You will focus on generating qualified appointments and inspections within the competitive Los Angeles market to help the brand scale alongside industry giants.

Schedule:

• Mondays to Fridays, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, with 1-hour unpaid break 40 hours per week
• Client time zone: US Pacific Time (Anaheim, CA)

Responsibilities

• Execute targeted cold email marketing campaigns for pest control services
• Generate qualified leads and appointments for free pest control inspections
• Target Los Angeles area prospects with compelling service offers
• Create and send promotional emails featuring special offers and discounts
• Track and report on lead generation performance and conversion rates
• Develop email lists and prospect databases for the LA market
• Optimize campaign messaging for maximum appointment conversion
• Collaborate with the team to refine lead generation strategies

Requirements

• Proven experience in lead generation for home service companies
• Background working with realtors, roofers, plumbers, electricians, or similar industries
• Able to source quality leads in the US market particualry in California
• Knowledge of cold email marketing strategies and best practices
• Ability to work effectively on a performance-based compensation structure
• Bonus if you have experience with pest control or related industries
• It helps if you have established relationships with LA-area prospect sources

• This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
