Client Overview: A dynamic growth company that’s successfully operated in the e-commerce space for two years, specializing in advertising, creative development, and user-generated content. They’re now expanding into high-ticket lead generation for home services, solar, and remodeling industries. Job Description: You’ll play a crucial role in driving revenue growth as this established e-commerce company expands into high-ticket lead generation. This is your chance to join a team that understands digital marketing and is now applying that expertise to generate qualified leads in lucrative home services markets. You’ll have the autonomy to develop relationships with prospects while working in a results-driven environment that values both lead generation and closing skills.



Hourly Rate: The equivalent of US$ 4.3 per hour in the applicant’s local currency

Number of Paid Hours Per Week: 40 hours per week

Schedule: standard business hours Monday through Friday (9 AM - 5 PM)

Work Arrangement: Work from home

Contract: Independent Contractor

Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.


Responsibilities

  • Generate warm, qualified leads for high-ticket services including home remodeling, solar installations, and home services
  • Conduct strategic outbound campaigns to identify and engage potential customers
  • Qualify prospects and assess their readiness to purchase high-value services
  • Close qualified leads when possible or prepare them for the closing team
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospects throughout the sales cycle
  • Track and report on lead generation activities and conversion metrics
  • Collaborate with the team to optimize lead generation processes and strategies
  • Contribute to the development of scripts and messaging for maximum effectiveness
