Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Representative to support a UK-based energy consulting team. This role is focused on high-volume B2B outreach, where you will engage potential clients, generate interest in energy consulting services, and qualify leads for the sales team.


The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, experienced in outbound calling, and capable of maintaining professionalism while handling a large number of daily interactions. You will play a key role in identifying opportunities by collecting critical client information, assessing readiness to engage, and ensuring accurate documentation within the CRM system.

This is a remote position requiring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently during UK business hours. High performers will have the opportunity to grow into a full sales role with deal-closing responsibilities.


Job Highlights

Schedule: Monday to Friday 10am to 4pm UK timezone

Work Arrangement: Work from home

Contract: Independent Contractor


Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.


Responsibilities

  • Make outbound B2B calls per day to potential energy clients
  • Generate interest in energy consulting services through professional phone conversations
  • Collect and document key client data including contract renewal dates and decision-making timelines
  • Qualify leads based on interest level and readiness to engage
  • Pass qualified hot leads to the UK-based sales team with detailed notes
  • Maintain accurate records in the company’s CRM system via secure VPN access
  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings via video conferencing
  • Eventually develop into full sales role with deal closing responsibilities


Requirements:

  • Excellent English communication skills with clear, professional phone presence suitable for UK clients
  • Previous experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or telemarketing
  • Ability to make high-volume calls while maintaining quality conversations
  • Strong data entry and CRM system navigation skills
  • Reliable home office setup with stable internet connection
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently from home
