We work directly with landowners to acquire property for future residential development, and we’re looking for a confident, personable Land Acquisition Manager to be the friendly voice that starts those relationships.

Compensation Structure

Starting Base Pay:

• $5/hour

Performance-based Raises:

• $2/hour increase every time you achieve 2 contracts per month for 3 consecutive months
• Up to $21/hour base pay

Bonus Commissions (paid after deal disposition):

• $200 bonus on deals under $10,000 profit
• $500 bonus on deals with $10,001–$20,000 profit
• $1,000 bonus on deals over $20,000 profit

What You’ll Be Doing

• Cold calling landowners
• Text and phone follow-ups
• Building trust and rapport
• Gathering property information
• Running numbers to evaluate land value
• Emailing offers and explanations
• Getting contracts signed
• Managing leads and notes in CRM
• Helping landowners make informed decisions
