Job Description

Labor Compliance & Bid Board Coordinator

Location: Remote | Global

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: $1,050

Working Hours: 8 AM-4 PM Pacific Time

About The Role

We are seeking a detail-driven, highly organized professional to take ownership of two critical functions: Labor Compliance and Bid Board Management.

In this role, you’ll be the backbone of compliance accuracy and the driver of our estimating pipeline, ensuring every certified payroll, form, and bid update is executed flawlessly. You’ll collaborate directly with project managers, estimators, and office leadership to keep projects moving and deadlines met.

If you thrive on structure, precision, and the satisfaction of keeping operations running seamlessly, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Labor Compliance

  • Prepare and submit certified payrolls (DIR, Davis-Bacon, LCP Tracker, etc.) on schedule.
  • Manage DAS 140/142 forms, fringe benefit statements, apprenticeship docs, CAC2, and union status letters.
  • Monitor agency updates for requirements, wage determinations, and compliance notices.
  • Verify and reconcile installer/project labor records with project manager reports.
  • Audit subcontractor labor compliance submissions and maintain documentation.
  • Support audits, agency inquiries, and third-party reviews with accurate data.
  • Maintain organized compliance files and provide timely responses to GCs, agencies, and leadership.

Bid Board Management

  • Oversee the Building Connected Bid Board (Bid Board Pro).
  • Assign bids to estimators based on workload.
  • Consolidate duplicate opportunities across GCs.
  • Update bid statuses, due dates, and notes daily.
  • Track pipeline health, flagging risks or missed deadlines.
  • Distribute bid invites, addenda, and updates to the estimating team.
  • Maintain bid records and prepare metrics for leadership review.

Qualifications

Education

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, or related field (preferred).
  • Equivalent hands-on experience in construction compliance or administration considered.

Experience

  • 2+ years in construction compliance, project coordination, or administration (preferred).
  • Familiarity with prevailing wage, certified payroll, or government-funded projects is a plus.
  • Experience with BuildingConnected, LCP Tracker, or similar platforms strongly preferred.

Skills

  • Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication for agency and client correspondence.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel expertise required).
  • Analytical mindset — able to spot discrepancies, trends, and risks quickly.

What We Value

  • Curiosity — a drive to dig into the details and master compliance.
  • Responsiveness — proactive updates and timely communication.
  • Ownership — ability to manage responsibilities independently.
  • Collaboration — strong teamwork with project managers, estimators, and leadership.
