Skills Required

Must-Haves

  • 3+ years hands-on L1.5 support for M365 stack
  • Certifications: MS-102, AZ-104, or MD-102 (or studying)
  • Proven ConnectWise experience (ticketing + RMM)
  • Australian MSP experience
  • Fluent English + client-facing etiquette

Nice-to-Haves

  • PowerShell / Graph API scripting
  • ITIL Foundation
  • Experience with Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365

What will you do?

  • 95 %+ accuracy in Ticket Categorisation
  • Ruthless SLA tracking (First Response
  • Crystal-clear Ticket Documentation (root cause, steps, verification)
  • Zero hand-holding on Ticket Triage
  • Client-Facing Excellence, Remote
  • Client Dashboard updates in real time
  • Monthly VIP Reports (uptime, patch compliance, open issues)
  • High Level of Professionalism in every Teams call & email

  • Core Technical Stack

    • Azure (IaaS, Entra ID, Conditional Access)
    • Intune (device compliance, autopilot, app deployment)
    • Exchange Online (mail flow, retention, DLP)
    • Microsoft Teams (governance, calling, meeting policies)
    • SharePoint Online (permissions, hub sites, migration)
    • Patching - OS (Windows Server/Client) + 3rd-party apps via Intune/PatchMyPC
    • Veeam daily backup health checks & off-site replication tests
    • ConnectWise Manage - time entry, SLA alerts, board workflows

    Project & Leadership skills

    • Handle escalations calmly and document lessons learned in KB articles
    • After-Hours Commitment
    • Rotating on-call (1 week in 4) - compensated
    • Scheduled patching windows to meet ISO 27001 / NIST compliance
