We’re hiring an Email Marketing Assistant to take the reins of our Klaviyo campaigns across a diverse portfolio of brands. This isnt a role for beginners—we need a structured, ClickUp-savvy pro who can take a brief and run with it, ensuring every send is mobile-optimized, on-brand, and ready to convert.

Schedule

• Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM UK Time, with a 1-hour unpaid/paid break (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Campaign Build & Execution: Build and schedule multiple daily email campaigns across several brands using Klaviyo and Shopify Email.
• Creative Translation: Turn ClickUp briefs into clean, mobile-optimized, and conversion-focused email layouts.
• Technical Implementation: Set up subject lines, preview text, dynamic content blocks, and personalized CTAs with 100% accuracy.
• Team Collaboration: Liaise with the eCommerce team and designers to secure assets, ensuring all campaigns are on-brand and deadlines are met.
• Performance Optimization: Support growth through rigorous A/B testing (subject lines, content, send times) and adherence to UX/deliverability best practices.
• Quality Assurance & Compliance: Perform thorough QA on all links and copy before deployment while ensuring strict compliance with GDPR and unsubscribe regulations.
• Reporting: Monitor core metrics (Open Rates, CTR, Conversions) and flag insights or risks directly to the Account Manager.

Requirements

• Platform Expertise: Intermediate to Advanced Klaviyo experience is a mandatory requirement.
• eCommerce Background: Proven track record of building successful email campaigns specifically for eCommerce brands.
• Workflow Mastery: Strong experience working from structured briefs within task management tools (ideally ClickUp).
• Digital Best Practices: Deep understanding of email hierarchy, segmentation, and mobile-first design.
• Technical Skills (Desirable): Familiarity with Shopify Email.
• Understanding of automated flows (Abandoned Cart, Welcome Series, etc.).
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for custom email editing.

• This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
