Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key accounts.
  • Understand the customer's business needs and develop plans to address them.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all account management matters.
  • Strengthen and enhance client relationships through regular meetings and communications.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing key accounts to maximize sales and profit.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize revenues and customer retention.
  • Prepare reports on account status and manage forecasts to meet sales quotas.
  • Monitor and analyze customer’s usage of our products to identify upsell opportunities.
  • Act as an advocate for the client within the company and provide customer feedback.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends to anticipate potential shifts and opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field required.
  • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or relevant sales role is a must.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Excellent negotiation skills combined with a results-driven approach.
  • Exceptional communication abilities suited for various levels of business complexity.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid understanding of market dynamics and sound business judgment.
