Location: from the Philippines - Fully Remote (B2B Contract)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 3pm to 12am GMT+8

The role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our finance team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our accounting operations, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and contributing to a smooth month-end and year-end close process. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, helping maintain compliance with internal policies and accounting standards while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support accounts payable and receivable processes (invoice processing, payment tracking, follow-ups)
• Prepare and maintain balance sheet and transactional account reconciliations
• Assist with month-end close activities (data preparation, schedules, support documentation)
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation
• Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal teams on finance-related queries
• Support ad hoc finance analysis and reporting as needed
• Ensure adherence to internal controls, policies, and compliance requirements

What You Bring

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero), advanced Excel skills, experience in Crypto workspace is a plus.
• Experience: Internship or up to 2 years of experience in an accounting role is preferred. Independent Contractor experience a bonus.
• Key Competencies: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.
