Job Description
- Lead end-to-end project planning and governance, partnering with stakeholders to define scope, success criteria, timelines, risks, dependencies, and to align delivery goals with business objectives from the outset.
- Manage the full development lifecycle, working closely with Engineering, Product, QA, and DevOps to plan sprints, track progress, control scope changes, and ensure teams remain unblocked and focused on delivery.
- Own delivery and release execution, coordinating UAT, go-live, and hypercare while ensuring technical, operational, and business readiness and a smooth transition to business-as-usual operations.
- Drive effective change management and adoption, executing communication, training, and stakeholder engagement plans to prepare users, manage resistance, and ensure successful uptake of new solutions.
- Maintain strong stakeholder, risk, and process management, providing clear communications, proactively managing risks and dependencies, and contributing to continuous improvement of delivery standards and PMO practices.
- 8+ years of project management experience, with a track record of end-to-end delivery of software or technology projects
- Demonstrated experience managing both the development and delivery phases of a project, not just one or the other
- Strong change management experience - you understand that delivery without adoption is incomplete
- Comfortable working across technical and non-technical teams, and fluent in both worlds
- Experience in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery methodologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - clear, proactive, and concise
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
