Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients and staff members.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the seamless execution of projects.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget constraints.
• Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks and identify project opportunities.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors and stakeholders.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports for senior management.
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope and schedule.
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques for quality improvement.
• Facilitate team and stakeholder meetings to ensure goals and criteria are clearly communicated.
• Monitor IT performance during project rollout to ensure the project objectives are met.
• Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field required.
• Proven working experience as a project manager in the IT sector for at least 5 years.
• Solid understanding of software development life cycle models as well as expert knowledge of Agile and traditional project management principles.
• Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
• Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle, from initiation to closure.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to develop processes and methodologies.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to excite and lead cross-functional project teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to clearly articulate project vision and changes.
