IT Operations Analyst (225-1013)

As an IT Operations Analyst, you will have the crucial role of overseeing the operational aspects of the information technology systems within our organization. You will be responsible for ensuring that our IT infrastructure runs efficiently and effectively, enabling seamless business operations. You will work closely with various IT teams and departments to monitor, analyze, and improve system processes. Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Operations Analyst or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and related technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
